• Sign a Sacred Agreement & Waiver, affirming:

  • Understanding of the sacrament as a religious act, not medical intervention

  • Consent to engage in the process of spiritual transformation

• Agree to uphold ceremonial confidentiality and sacred boundaries

This documentation serves to protect the Temple and the sacred work under federal law, while preserving the spiritual integrity of the experience.

• Refuses participation to those seeking recreational or unauthorized use

• Offers integration support to help Divine Participants honor and process their journey

• Documents every aspect of the ceremony, including participants’ sacred agreements, for legal and spiritual accountability
