This transformative work is not transactional; all our sacred gifts are available in exchange for meeting certain charitable contribution thresholds, Divine Participants are granted the intangible spiritual benefit of engaging in our programs and ceremonies. These offerings are inherently non-commercial and are not sold in the traditional marketplace. Instead, they exist within a framework of charitable contributions, where no specific charges are applied to access our sacred experiences.
As an official 508(c)(1)(a) organization, Starr Council Legacy refrains from engaging in commercial transactions. Our operations strictly rely on the generosity of charitable contributions, allowing us to uphold our mission of sacred healing, divine remembrance, and conscious evolution.

To become a Divine Participant and receive the sacred gifts of Starr Council Legacy, individuals must undergo an invited screening process. This process is designed to ensure that each Divine Participant is aligned with our mission of sacred healing, divine remembrance, and conscious evolution.
The screening is a reflective journey encouraging attendees to assess their intentions and readiness for deeper spiritual engagement. Individuals will be invited to submit a brief application outlining their reasons for seeking participation, their spiritual journey thus far, and their openness to learning and growth.
The Starr Council Guardians will review each application with care and compassion, keeping in mind the importance of shared values and collective energy within our sacred community. Chosen Divine Participants will be informed directly about their acceptance and the next steps to prepare for their journey with us.
This process aims to cultivate a safe, respectful, and sacred space where all participants can embark on their healing journey with clarity and purpose. Our sacred gifts are made accessible through meeting certain charitable contribution thresholds, maintaining our commitment to the values of service and community support.
As a non-member temple, we walk a path guided solely by our Board of Elders and Trustees (Guardian’s) who ensure our commitment to the principles of spiritual sovereignty and community support. Together, we create a nurturing environment that fosters divine remembrance and conscious evolution for all who seek it.
